On Friday 4-October-24 we inaugurated the wood processing sector of the new factory. This sector reduces the Palo Santo branches and broken trunks to smaller pieces for grinding into the small particles that are loaded into our diffusers to extract essential oil. The wood processing sector is critical to maintain a strong production pace. Palo Santo is one of the worlds hardest woods so cutting and grinding requires specially adapted equipment that Waldo Heffner has designed and perfected.
